The 24-month Master of Science in Biomedical Imaging is designed to give students comprehensive training in the major imaging modalities used in clinical radiology and pathology. Students dedicate 15 months of the program to their thesis, pursuing original research and gaining substantial experience and the proven ability to drive an independent research project.
This program prepares students to pursue additional PhD or MD training with a competitive edge, or work in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, imaging equipment companies, or healthcare systems with a track record of leading independent research projects.
Students learn from faculty members who world leaders in the development and utilization of imaging biomarkers across a broad range of human diseases, with expertise in physics, radiology, engineering, mathematics, radiochemistry, and pathology.
